Retention criteria: we keep each category only as long as needed for the purpose above, then delete it on the schedule shown; logs are deleted on a rolling 90-day basis.

We do not use the Site to knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not use any information for profiling or automated decision-making.

Submit a request by emailing contactus@ispusa.co (subject: “California Privacy Request”). To protect you, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization. We will acknowledge within 10 business days and respond within 45 days (extendable once by another 45 days with notice). We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
